Sales & Marketing Director
Gavin Perrett is a successful multiple business owner and entrepreneur with companies in the property investment, financial services, corporate and personal development, and financial services sectors.
Gavin works with clients to build property portfolios with minimal risk and hassle. He uses his skills and industry experience to negotiate great below market value and off-market property investment opportunities with developers, pension funds, investment companies, and estate agents.
His work with clients means that they are able to use property as an effective financial planning vehicle, and avoid making expensive mistakes in the property investment sector.

Gavin likes to keep fit by running and cycling. Music is a passion of his and he attends live music when he can and enjoys writing music and lyrics in his spare time. Personal Development is perhaps Gavin’s favourite activity with many weekends spent on courses further developing himself personally and professionally

born in Manila City, Philippines, as the third to the youngest among seven siblings. I have one son, who has already started his own family.
I have a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Banking and Finance.
After graduating, I worked in a manufacturing company as a Quality Control Inspector, serving in various roles with increasing responsibilities for over nine years.
I always like a job that has a challenging entry position with opportunities for career growth within a reputable organisation where I can leverage my extensive administrative and management experience to contribute to its success.
At Holland Asset Management I look after the administrative functions of the business, supporting the team with information, administrative support and everything that they need to provide an excellent service to our clients.
Out of Work
In my Free time, I enjoy indulging in various hobbies. I find relaxation and enrichment in watching movies, especially documentaries.
I am also passionate about maintaining my physical fitness through activities such as jogging and body stretching (YOGA) and badminton.
On occasion, I love sewing and doing alterations to create unique fashion designs for clothes, finding it to be a creative and fulfilling pursuit.

Taking the lead on client engagement, Clare works with passion and flare, to ensure that our clients feel supported and appreciated. Clare loves to understand what is important to our clients to ensure their needs are met and our customer service is of the highest standard.
Clare loves nothing more than picking up the phone the old-fashioned way to authentically connect and understand our clients unique situation and what is important to them moving forward.
