Gavin Perrett
Sales & Marketing Director
Gavin Perrett is a successful multiple business owner and entrepreneur with companies in the property investment, financial services, corporate and personal development, and financial services sectors.
Gavin works with clients to build property portfolios with minimal risk and hassle. He uses his skills and industry experience to negotiate great below market value and off-market property investment opportunities with developers, pension funds, investment companies, and estate agents.
His work with clients means that they are able to use property as an effective financial planning vehicle, and avoid making expensive mistakes in the property investment sector.
Out of Work
Gavin likes to keep fit by running and cycling. Music is a passion of his and he attends live music when he can and enjoys writing music and lyrics in his spare time. Personal Development is perhaps Gavin’s favourite activity with many weekends spent on courses further developing himself personally and professionally
Phil Campbell
Operations Manager
Phil is the company’s Operations Manager. He is responsible for maintaining the databases in the background, designing and sending emails to clients, letting them know about new properties and products. He also deals with the aftercare of clients, making sure they are taken care of for years to come after their property purchases!
Phil loves working as part of the team at Holland Asset Management. He believes that the company is more like a family than a business, and thinks that that shows in other ethics and the positive relationships and trust that the team builds with clients. He loves property as a vehicle for managing wealth, and has recommended it to friends and family, some of whom have invested through the themselves now!
Out of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy music, collect vinyl albums, and love creating things, either with my hands doing woodwork, or designing models in a computer to print on my 3D printer, or carve on my CNC router!
Nathen Johns
Senior Investment Property Consultant

Angelique Noher
Angelique has previously been the Director of mortgage brokers and owned a property portfolio that included multi-lets, a studio apartment in Dubia, a house in Lanzorote also other properties around the Country, which have now been sold.
My focus at Holland Asset Management is to assist all purchasers/investors from the start of their purchasing process leading to completion of their property purchase. This involves keeping in close contact with purchasers and their solicitors to ensure they have all that is needed relating to legal documents, property information, etc. I also liaise with the seller and their solicitor to ensure that any necessary information/documents that have been requested are provided in a timely manner.
I have been involved in property for over 30 years both personally and professionally. Qualified CEMAP: 1, 2 and 3
Out of Work
My passion is health and fitness. I spend my leisure time in the gym: boxing, running, spin and general fitness. I also have an allotment in South East London , it’s like my Big Garden and love going veggies, as another one of my passions is cooking.
Qualified Personal trainer: As a personal trainer I took part in and completed: 4 London Marathons, 1 Dublin Marathon, 1 New York Marathon, and a 4-day run in China (part of the Great Wall of China), Great North Run.
Clare Horsley
Client Support Manager
Taking the lead on client engagement, Clare works with passion and flare, to ensure that our clients feel supported and appreciated. Clare loves to understand what is important to our clients to ensure their needs are met and our customer service is of the highest standard.
Clare loves nothing more than picking up the phone the old-fashioned way to authentically connect and understand our clients unique situation and what is important to them moving forward.

When Clare is away from the office she enjoys listening to music, playing the piano, and walking her little dog, Tinka
